The new schedule includes some additions and adjustments to better serve you: The existing 6:59 a.m. peak local train from Harrison to Grand Central will be split into two trains to provide more capacity: A 7 a.m. peak express train from New Rochelle to Grand Central, stopping at Pelham and Mt Vernon East before operating nonstop to Harlem-125 St and Grand Central, and a 7 a.m. peak express train from Harrison to Grand Central, stopping at Mamaroneck and Larchmont before operating nonstop to Harlem-125 St and Grand Central A new 4:36 p.m. peak express train from Grand Central to South Norwalk, stopping at Stamford, Noroton Heights, Darien, and Rowayton A new 5:01 p.m. peak express train from Grand Central to South Norwalk, stopping at Stamford, Noroton Heights, Darien , and Rowayton

Please build in extra travel time, as buses towards Bridgeport leave earlier than scheduled train times.  Confirm your bus departure time by checking the TrainTime app, mta.info, or the special schedule.  Remember - Make sure to activate your ticket in the TrainTime app before boarding the bus. What’s Happening?   CTDOT, in partnership with Metro-North, are upgrading stations at Derby-Shelton, Ansonia, Beacon Falls, and Seymour to accommodate full-train boarding along with covered canopies and enclosed windscreens to provide comfort in all weather conditions.
